These terms govern your use of dwellon.store and any order you place with us. By using the store you agree to them. Dwellon is a sole proprietorship registered in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

1. Using this store

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order. You agree not to use the store for any unlawful purpose, or to interfere with its normal operation.

2. Products, descriptions and images

We describe our products as accurately as we can. Colours and textures can appear slightly different between screens, and handmade or natural-material items carry small variations — that is a feature of the material, not a defect. We do not warrant that every description is entirely free of error, and we may correct errors and update product information at any time.

3. Pricing and payment

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We may change prices at any time, but a change will never affect an order you have already placed. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout, including Cash on Delivery where your pincode supports it.

4. Order acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. We may decline or cancel an order — and will refund you in full if we do — where the item is out of stock, a price or description was listed in error, we cannot deliver to your address, or we suspect fraud.

5. Shipping

Delivery timelines, charges and COD terms are set out in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these terms.

6. Returns and refunds

Returns, replacements and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which also forms part of these terms.

7. Intellectual property

The Dwellon name, logo, site content, photography and copy belong to us and may not be copied or reused commercially without our written permission.

8. Your account

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity that happens under your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised use.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here limits any right you have under India’s Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

11. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Hyderabad, Telangana. We would always rather resolve a problem directly — please contact us first.
