Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be genuinely happy with what arrives. If something is not right, here is how we sort it out.

7-day return window

You can request a return within 7 days of delivery. After 7 days we are unfortunately unable to accept a return unless the item is defective.

Condition of returned items

To be eligible for a return, the product must be:

• Unused and unwashed, with no signs of wear
• In its original packaging, with all tags, manuals and free accessories included
• Accompanied by the order number or invoice

Items we cannot accept back

• Products damaged through misuse, or after use
• Items returned without their original packaging or parts
• Clearance items marked “final sale”

Damaged, defective or wrong item

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or is simply not what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the item and the outer packaging. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund — your choice. You will not pay return shipping in these cases.

How to start a return

1. Email us at contact@dwellon.store with your order number and the reason for return.
2. We confirm eligibility and arrange a reverse pickup where the pincode is serviceable.
3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and hand it to our courier partner.

Where reverse pickup is not available at your pincode, we will ask you to self-ship and will reimburse reasonable courier charges.

Refund timelines

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.

• Prepaid orders — refunded to the original payment method. Your bank may take a further 3–5 days to show the credit.
• COD orders — refunded by UPI or bank transfer to details you provide.

Shipping charges already paid are non-refundable, except where the item was damaged, defective or incorrect.

Cancellations

You can cancel an order any time before it is dispatched, at no charge. Once dispatched, please use the return process above.
