We ship across India. Here is exactly what to expect after you place an order.
Delivery timelines
Orders are dispatched within 24 working hours of being placed. Once dispatched, delivery takes 3–7 working days depending on your location:
- Metro cities (Hyderabad, Bengaluru, Chennai, Mumbai, Delhi NCR, Pune, Kolkata) — 3–5 working days
- Other cities and towns — 5–7 working days
- Remote and hill regions — may take 2–3 additional working days
Working days are Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed on a Sunday or a holiday are processed the next working day.
Shipping charges
- Free shipping on all orders over ₹999.
- Orders under ₹999 carry a flat shipping fee, shown at checkout before you pay.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD is available across most serviceable pincodes in India. Enter your pincode at checkout to confirm availability. A small COD handling fee may apply and will be shown before you confirm the order. For COD orders, please keep the exact amount ready — our delivery partners may not carry change.
Tracking your order
As soon as your order is dispatched we email you a tracking link and courier AWB number. You can also check the status any time from Your account → Orders. Tracking information usually goes live within 24 hours of dispatch — if the link shows nothing before then, it simply means the courier has not scanned the parcel yet.
Incorrect or incomplete addresses
Please double-check your address and phone number at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incomplete or nobody was reachable, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Reshipping charges may apply.
Delays outside our control
Occasionally weather, strikes, regional restrictions or courier backlogs delay a parcel. We will keep you updated by email if your order is affected.
